I Have Come For You

Weekly Message, April 22, 2006
I Have Come For You
Written and transcribed by Terry Grant.

This is a continuation of a message I have transcribed and edited from a talk Ishvara gave on April 2, 2006. - TG.

Ishvara:

In this realization, you interface with possibilities. You show your appreciation for whatever awareness comes your way, and you recognize the possibilities that are uniquely within yourself, the ability to see and understand the greater that is within. You recognize, moment by moment, that Life is the opportunity. It is the opportunity of a lifetime!

So much of the time the imagination says, "Well, I will just put it off; there is nothing I can do." But then you realize that thought is squandering your wealth, wasting your energy. This, above all times in existence, is a time to think positively. This does not mean having a concept of "positive" and "negative." Instead, it means being positive because you recognize that the highest good is taking place all the time. Each moment is another possibility, another awareness in which you see, you understand, you recognize, and you know. Your knowing is important.

The world is full of conditional beliefs and concepts. Religions are just beliefs. Spiritual disciplines are beliefs about the way Life should be. There are many believers in the world, but very few knowers. A knower is one who does not believe but knows, senses directly. Knowing is transcendent of the past. Living in feeling-knowing, you see possibilities moment by moment, and you move in the direction that you recognize. You see, "This is possible now. I can do this now."

It is a waste of energy to look at things that cannot be done. It is a waste of energy, because if you try to do things prematurely, they don't come about. Yet it is not a waste of energy to maintain the vision, the possibility. That doesn't waste your energy. It is like running ahead of yourself in time and space, and setting up a greater possibility to take place, to envision, to allow for. You, and indeed all of us, can hold a higher vision for humanity. Essentially, we run ahead in time and space, seeing that something can happen, a better world for tomorrow.

You can realize that I have come for you. I have not come for myself. I am already in this Space of awareness. There is nothing in the world that can add to what I am. No amount of additional learning or study, no relationship, no experience can enhance where I am. Instead, I depend on you, because when you reach a realization of greater connection, when you have a higher awareness, I am successful in my work. That nurtures and encourages me in the knowing that things are on course. It provides more inspiration.

As you allow and realize that I am here for you, you can make use of me. I do not ask you to have beliefs. I ask you to drop your beliefs. I am not trying to establish a religion, a conditional concept, or any belief about anything. All along, I have striven to be free of concepts and beliefs, to speak directly from feeling-knowing, the direct experience of what Life is, moment by moment. I have no illusions about Life. I am very practical. I know where I am in this process, and I know where you are in this process. There is no magical thinking here, but there is hope. There is inspiration.

I bring to you an awareness, a sense of a possibility, a new vision. I have come for you. Sounds funny: in what way have I "come"? How did I get here? The answer is simple: I woke up. I have been here ever since birth, but I didn't know I was here until I woke up.

Before you wake up, it is like you are dreaming. You dream you are awake, you see yourself getting dressed, getting ready to go to work, but then you suddenly realize you are still in bed. It is kind of a shock.

Humans are dreaming that they are awake. Humans are thinking, imagining in their consensus-reality and belief mode that the conditional world is it.

I have come for you, to wake you up, to stir you into an awareness and a presence, to stop your putting off Life or waiting for some future event, to inspire you to do it now, to make it so now, to be awake now, to be alive now, to be present now.

The illusions of humanity, the religious notions of "some other time, some other place, some other world," the metaphysical New Age concepts of "another lifetime," the Hindu and Buddhist concepts--all of that misses the now. Very few individuals realize that this Life is it, that this moment is it. I saw the need to speak as someone who lives in feeling-knowing, who lives in presence, lives in being, to express what is now; not to give some future hope, not to represent some 'Other,' but to be Life itself.
